Job Description

A new client of mine have asked me to support in finding a Clinic Manager for their flagship site in London.

The Clinic Manager is accountable for championing the delivery of the core values my client, delivering a high-quality service and achieving financial targets and KPIs. You will have experience in a similar role for a busy private practice. You will be proactive with a hands-on management style with the ability to deal with multiple priorities.

A positive leader with strong communication skills who can liaise with the Directors, along with both clinical and non-clinical colleagues across the business. Experience with governance and CQC and/or HFEA requirements is essential. Solid people management skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and a passion for delivering world class healthcare experience for their patients.

Essential

• Minimum of three years of management experience in private health, beauty/spa, hospitality, retail, or service sectors.

• Proven experience in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.

• Excellent people management skills, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.

• Strong organisational and communication skills.

• Experience with P&L accounts or budgetary management for cost control.
