About the Role
Practicus is looking for a Head of Advisory to lead and grow our Advisory Service β a core pillar of how we help clients navigate change through interim management, executive search and specialist hiring.
Responsibilities
- Shape and lead the Advisory Service externally, positioning it as a go-to source of practical, senior insight for boards and executives.
- Use advisory conversations as the catalyst for deeper client relationships, uncovering opportunities that translate into assignments our delivery teams can execute.
- Work hand-in-hand with Client Engagement Partners to open doors with new and existing clients and turn strategic dialogue into tangible outcomes.
- Bring the Advisory Plan to life through structured campaigns, events, content and thought leadership that showcase the power of our advisory community.
- Be a visible ambassador for Practicus β at meetings, roundtables, conferences and online β representing our brand with credibility and warmth.
Required Skills
- Sales Driven β able to set and achieve sales targets through structured BD and relationship building.
- Commercially astute β comfortable talking strategy, operations and people topics with senior leaders across a broad range of functions (change, technology, operations, finance, HR and more).
- Sector fluent β curious and conversant across multiple industries, able to quickly understand context in areas such as financial services, healthcare, life sciences, renewables, education and the not-for-profit sector.
