The Role
A leading global organisation within the satellite communications sector is seeking a Senior People & Culture Business Partner to support senior leaders across two distinct global business areas.
This is a high-impact role combining strategic HR partnering with hands-on delivery, supporting organisational transformation and helping to establish more globally aligned People & Culture practices across a complex international business.
Key Responsibilities
• Act as a trusted strategic advisor to senior leaders across organisational design, talent, performance, and wider people strategy
• Support organisational transformation, restructuring, and changes to the global operating model
• Drive greater consistency across People & Culture practices, working across different business areas, cultures, and geographies
• Lead succession planning, talent reviews, knowledge transfer, and workforce planning initiatives
• Use HR data and systems such as Workday and ServiceNow to identify trends and inform people decisions
• Coach and challenge senior leaders on complex people matters, providing pragmatic and commercially focused solutions
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the UK, North America, and wider global organisation
What We're Looking For
• 10+ years' HR experience , with significant experience at Senior HR Business Partner level
• Previous experience within the satellite communications, aerospace, or defence sector is essential
• Proven experience partnering with senior leadership within a complex, global or matrixed organisation
• Strong experience across organisational design, change management, talent management, succession planning, and workforce planning
• Experience supporting significant transformation, restructuring, or operating model changes
• Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills
• Highly autonomous, commercially minded, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity
• A pragmatic, hands-on approach alongside strong strategic capability
⭐ Desirable Experience
• Experience working with US-based stakeholders or across UK/US time zones
• Experience supporting global business units through significant organisational or cultural change

You’ll be joining a fast-paced, highly matrixed global organisation undergoing significant transformation, with the autonomy to influence senior stakeholders and help shape the future People & Culture model.
The role works closely with colleagues across North America, so some flexibility for late afternoon/evening meetings will be required.
