The Role: Impact and Accountability
In this role, you aren’t just following a playbook. You are the expert in the room. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, managing the full lifecycle of the employee experience with a specific emphasis on complex Employee Relations.
Key Focus Areas:
- ER Specialism: You will take full end-to-end accountability for complex ER cases (grievances, disciplinaries, performance). As there is no central case management team, you will be the lead architect in navigating risk and delivering solutions.
- Strategic Partnership: Develop and implement people strategies aligned with commercial priorities for the infrastructure division.
- Talent & Succession: Partner with operational stakeholders to identify future leaders and drive robust succession planning.
- Culture & Engagement: Design and execute action plans that foster a high-performance, inclusive culture.
- Coaching: Provide day-to-day leadership and mentorship to an HR Advisor, ensuring excellence across the People Plan.
