Are you a seasoned HR professional who thrives in a high-stakes, entrepreneurial environment? We are seeking a proactive HR Business Partner to join a global powerhouse in the professional services and infrastructure sector.

The Role: Impact and Accountability

In this role, you aren’t just following a playbook. You are the expert in the room. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, managing the full lifecycle of the employee experience with a specific emphasis on complex Employee Relations.

Key Focus Areas:

  • ER Specialism: You will take full end-to-end accountability for complex ER cases (grievances, disciplinaries, performance). As there is no central case management team, you will be the lead architect in navigating risk and delivering solutions.
  • Strategic Partnership: Develop and implement people strategies aligned with commercial priorities for the infrastructure division.
  • Talent & Succession: Partner with operational stakeholders to identify future leaders and drive robust succession planning.
  • Culture & Engagement: Design and execute action plans that foster a high-performance, inclusive culture.
  • Coaching: Provide day-to-day leadership and mentorship to an HR Advisor, ensuring excellence across the People Plan.
