The Role
This is a career-defining opportunity to lead on end-to-end commercial contract management within a dynamic and growing organisation. You will:
- Take ownership of high-value, complex contracts, ensuring strong commercial outcomes
- Lead strategic negotiations and act as the key commercial voice in client engagements
- Drive performance improvement, embedding robust KPI monitoring and governance
- Identify and realise commercial opportunities, including change control and contract variations
- Partner with internal teams to ensure a joined-up, commercially focused approach

About You
You are a confident and commercially astute leader who thrives in complex environments and brings a proactive, solutions-focused mindset. You will bring:
- Professional qualification as an Accountant or Quantity Surveyor (5+ years PQE)
- Strong experience managing large-scale public sector or PFI-style contracts is essential
