An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Legal Counsel to join a collaborative and highly regarded in-house legal team within a complex and fast-paced organisation. This role offers the chance to gain genuinely broad in-house exposure across commercial contracts, projects, data protection, stakeholder advisory work, and operational legal matters.
Reporting into the Senior Legal Counsel, you’ll work closely with teams across the business, supporting a variety of legal matters while developing your commercial judgement and in-house experience within a supportive environment. Key Responsibilities- Provide day-to-day legal support across the organisation
- Draft, review, and negotiate a range of commercial contracts
- Support business projects and operational initiatives
- Assist with GDPR and data protection matters
- Support stakeholders with legal and commercial queries
- Review supplier, service, and customer agreements
- Assist with complaints and general advisory work
- Work collaboratively with teams across procurement, operations, and wider business functions
