The Mission: Architect a 360-Degree Transformation
Are you a seasoned change professional who prefers "doing" over just "consulting"? We are representing a prestigious, mission-driven organisation embarking on a flagship Personalisation Programme. This isn’t about incremental tweaks. It’s a multimillion-pound digital evolution. We are moving away from traditional outreach toward a sophisticated, automated ecosystem powered by Salesforce Data Cloud. As the sole Change Manager dedicated to this programme, you will be the bridge between complex data science and real-world user adoption, ensuring millions of stakeholders receive the right guidance at the precisely right time.
The Role: Autonomy, Strategy, and Impact
- Reporting to a supportive, people-focused Senior Change Manager, you will join a collaborative 10-person team while enjoying total ownership of this specific transformation. This is a 50/50 split between high-level strategy and hands-on delivery.
- Lead the Charge: Develop and execute tailored change plans, including stakeholder engagement, comms, and adoption strategies.
- Get "Under the Bonnet": Conduct deep-dive impact assessments, facilitate workshops, and translate technical jargon (Data Bricks, Salesforce) into meaningful narratives.
- Own the Outcome: This isn’t a "slide-deck and depart" role. You will embed the change, monitor adoption, and transition the project into BAU.
- Influence at Pace: Manage and "warm up" approximately 10 key senior stakeholders across Data Science, Marketing, and Sales.
Who You Are
- We aren’t looking for a "cog in a machine" consultancy approach. We need a tenacious, independent professional who cares about seeing a project through to the finish line.
- Proven Pedigree: You have 3 - 4+ years of experience delivering change within technology or business process shifts (CRM or CX experience is a major plus).
- Resilient & Persuasive: You can hold your own in technical conversations and navigate the complexities of a mature, established organisation with a smile.
- Expertly Qualified (or soon to be): A degree is required. While PROSCI/ADKAR is preferred.
- Collaborative Spirit: You thrive in an autonomous environment but value being part of a solution-focused, expert team.
Why Join?
- Investment in You: Access to professional development and funded certifications.
- Work-Life Balance: A generous 30 days of annual leave plus bank holidays.
- Hybrid Flexibility: A modern approach to work with 1–2 days in a vibrant Cheltenham hub to foster real human connection.
- A "Next Chapter" Culture: Join an organisation with a clear five-year vision that values accountability, trust, and professional excellence over mediocrity.
