Change Manager – Digital Healthcare Programme

£75,000 per annum (pro rata) | 9-Month FTC | Fully Remote

We are working with a global healthcare solutions provider who are seeking a proactive and experienced Change Manager to support a multi-country digital programme. This is an inflight programme which requires an experienced and dynamic Change Manager to join an inflight programme and quickly shape how change is introduced, communicated, and embedded across multiple countries in a large-scale digital health transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a robust change management plan (currently absent).
  • Create and deliver a comprehensive impact assessment, communication plan, and training strategy.
  • Coordinate and support training for medical staff and healthcare employees in various regions.
  • Work across diverse cultures and healthcare systems to harmonise processes and messaging.
  • Ensure engagement and buy-in from stakeholders through strong communication and interpersonal skills.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in change management, ideally in healthcare or large digital programmes.
  • Demonstrable experience working on international programmes, creating and implementing a global change communications plan
  • Strong understanding of the human side of change and how to drive adoption across varied teams.
  • Ability to navigate cultural differences and foster effective collaboration in multi-country environments.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and planning skills.

This is a remote-based role, offered on a 9-month fixed-term contract, with a competitive annual salary of £75,000 (pro rata).
