We are seeking one BD Manager to cover the North and one BD manager to cover South East.
Salary: Up to £50,000 + £5,000 car allowance + 15% bonus.

Two exciting opportunities have arisen for ambitious BDMs to join a leading, growth-focused organisation, delivering sales and client growth across the North and South East regions.
This is a chance to shape your own territory, drive new business, and strengthen existing client relationships, while working closely with experienced, high-performing regional leadership teams.
- Lead business development across your region, identifying and converting new opportunities while nurturing key existing accounts.
- Collaborate with Regional Directors and internal teams to ensure profitable growth, seamless handovers, and client satisfaction.
- Own a portfolio of accounts, providing insight, feedback, and reporting to support strategic decision-making.
- Support bid and tender activity, ensuring commercial, operational, and client requirements are met.
- Travel within your region to meet clients, visit depots, and engage with teams on the ground.
Proven track record in business development and sales, ideally with experience in traffic management, construction, utilities, or related sectors. Self-motivated, resilient, and capable of hitting targets while building long-term client relationships. Comfortable working remotely, with flexibility for regional travel and occasional UK-wide engagements.
