Practicus are supporting a growing international organisation delivering a major business transformation programme focused on improving processes, reducing manual effort and enhancing service delivery across multiple European locations. We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of the Customer Data workstream within a key transformation programme focused on customer data across three systems. This role will be responsible for ensuring customer data is collected, cleansed, validated and prepared to support wider business and system transformation activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the customer data workstream across three systems
  • Manage end-to-end data preparation including cleansing, validation and organisation of customer data
  • Develop and maintain project plans, milestones and delivery tracking
  • Coordinate cross-functional business and technical stakeholders across multiple countries
  • Identify data gaps, inconsistencies and risks, implementing mitigation actions
  • Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy and security standards
  • Provide clear reporting on progress, risks and dependencies
  • Facilitate workshops and working sessions with business and technical teams
  • Drive continuous improvement in data preparation processes and methodologies

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years’ Project Management experience
  • Strong background delivering data-centric transformation programmes
  • Experience with data quality, governance, cleansing and integration activities
  • Proven stakeholder management across complex environments
  • Salesforce experience highly desirable
  • Syrinx experience highly desirable
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a lean, fast-paced international organisation

Please note our client is looking for an immediate starter and interviews will be conducted in person. The successful candidate may be required to undergo a DBS check as part of the onboarding process.
