We are working with a highly reputed professional services firm and they are seeking a Business Analyst to join a large group-wide transformation programme focused on improving, simplifying, and standardising client lifecycle processes. The role will support a key strategic initiative aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, improving client experience, and enabling scalability across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Work across multiple business functions to align change activities, define responsibilities, and remove duplication.
- Act as the link between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating requirements into actionable solutions.
- Facilitate workshops to capture business needs, document processes, and identify areas for improvement.
- Produce structured artefacts supporting governance, risk management, and delivery oversight.
- Drive process optimisation, automation, and data-led improvements to support long-term growth.
Experience Required
- 3+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst within complex, multi-stream or group-wide change environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams.
- Proven experience in process mapping, documentation, and identifying process improvements.
- Confident facilitating workshops and gathering clear business requirements.
- It is essential that you have experience in AML, conflict check, or risk and compliance processes is advantageous.
