Build Control/Safety – Senior Technical Advisor
Hybrid working – London and client sites
£72,500 – £82,500 PA + benefits
Our client is seeking a Senior Technical Advisor to join their team, with a focus on Building Control and Building Safety.
In this role, you will:
- Provide oversight and expertise on building regulations compliance, plan checking, and site inspections
- Support their BRPD (Building Regulations Principal Designer) services, leveraging your deep understanding of building control
- Contribute to their Building Safety Act advisory work, helping clients navigate the new regulatory landscape
- Collaborate with their fire engineering and architecture teams to deliver comprehensive technical services
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience as a Class 4 Registered Building Inspector, with a proven track record of site inspections
- Extensive knowledge of building regulations, fire strategies, and plan checking
- The ability to translate technical requirements into practical, client-focused solutions
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and a commitment to "doing the right thing"
