I’m keen to speak with commercially minded HR leaders who can demonstrate experience across:

  • Building and developing high-performing HR functions
  • Managing, developing and coaching a small HR team, creating capability, accountability and pace

  • Ideally combining a strong HR background with broader operational experience or a genuine understanding of operationally led businesses
  • Coaching and constructively challenging senior leaders
  • Developing workforce planning, talent and succession strategies
  • Managing complex employee relations and trade union relationships
  • Working effectively with executive leadership teams and Private Equity stakeholders
  • Bringing energy, pace and commercial thinking to business transformation

You’ll work closely with the Managing Director and wider leadership team, acting as a trusted adviser while also providing the challenge needed to support the next stage of growth.
