Practice Overview:
- EMR Platform – EPIC
- Outpatient care at NGPG Oakwood
- Current Practice: 1 Physician and 1 Nurse Practitioner
- Hours: M – F, 7:00 – 4:30 pm
- Treating ages 15 years and up for acute visits, preventative medicine, and managing chronic illnesses
- Access to lab services, x-ray, and EKG
- Standard adult immunizations
- Adequate support staff to maintain efficiency and patient care
- Caring for patients in a growing community
Working together with Advanced Practitioners like you:
- Certified Licensed Family Nurse Practitioner
- Two years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner
- Passion for quality and patient care
- Functions well in a team environment, contributing to and supporting organizational goals and initiatives
