Practice Plus Group is seeking a Ward Healthcare Assistant for our Inpatient Ward at Emersons Green hospital, Bristol.

You will join a multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality patient care, with duties spanning monitoring, personal care, and basic nursing tasks such as catheter fitting and bag changes.

You'll support patient pathways, assist with admissions and discharges, and help manage ward stock and paperwork.
