We are seeking a skilled and autonomous Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) to join our dynamic Clinical Assessment Service (CAS) based in Stockley Park, Uxbridge. Our CAS team plays a critical role in delivering high-quality, evidence-based telephone assessments and clinical advice to patients across the region. Working closely with GPs, specialist clinicians, and a multidisciplinary team, you will be at the forefront of urgent primary care delivery.
The CAS model is designed to improve patient access to the right care at the right time. As an ANP, you will work within agreed clinical protocols to assess patient needs, provide timely clinical advice, and make appropriate onward referrals. You will be supported by a collaborative and professional team, while being trusted to manage your own clinical caseload and contribute to continuous service development.
This is a flexible role that can be undertaken either remotely from home or in our modern offices in Stockley Park, though office-based working is preferred to enhance team collaboration and support. Previous CAS or Out-of-Hours (OOH) telephone assessment experience is essential for this role. There are only overnight sessions available for this service currently.
