The predicted salary is between 13 - 16 £ per hour.
Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join The Junction Health Centre on a bank, flexible, 0 hour a week contract. We are situated directly outside Clapham Junction Train Station and we have onsite parking. The centre is open 7 days a week, 8am–8pm. You will work sessions within those time frames across weekdays and weekends. This role will be working across both general practice and the hub service on an ad hoc bank basis and you will play an integral role in delivering a high quality service to our patients in a busy, fast paced and rewarding environment.
Responsibilities
- You will be required to work within Clinical Guidelines, Policies, Procedures and utilising expert judgement to work outside these frameworks where necessary.
- You must be able to prescribe, within professional competence.
- As an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner, you’ll be vital to the Units’ success, assessing, diagnosing, treating and discharging patients autonomously every day.
- As well as ordering investigations and interpreting results, you’ll be responsible for providing an excellent standard of patient care and health promotion to the general public accessing urgent care services.

Qualifications
- RGN Degree level / Postgraduate level ANP qualification
- Evidence of recent study (PREP)
- Recognised Nurse Prescribing Qualification
- BLS
Experience
- Nurse-led management of minor illness, minor ailments and injuries
- Recent primary and community nursing experience
- Recent experience of face-to-face patient care
- Experience of patient contact services and / or primary care nursing
