Our Health in Justice service line is expanding into non-Custodial healthcare, a person-centred approach delivered via a solid and consolidated infrastructure aimed to assess individuals’ mental health and neurodiversity requirements, to redirect them to the most appropriate channel. We have an exciting opportunity for a Support Time & Recovery Navigator to join our Reconnect team in South Yorkshire.
Salary – This position is full time and you will receive a salary of £28,247 to £32,346 depending on experience.
Location – South Yorkshire – Doncaster.
Candidates are required to have a Legal right to work in the UK due to the nature of the role; offers of employment will be subject to additional vetting and security checks.
Responsibilities
- Assess individuals’ mental health and neurodiversity requirements and redirect to the most appropriate channel.
- Join the Reconnect team in South Yorkshire to support time & recovery navigation.
