We have an exciting opportunity for a Sexual Health Nurse to join our Primary Care team at HMP Drake Hall, a women's closed prison, located near the town of Eccleshall in Staffordshire with around 340 female inmates.
Hours: Monday - Friday 7.15am - 5.15pm, 4 week rolling rota
Salary: This position is full time, you’ll receive an annual salary between £43,609 - £54,000 per annum FTE - depending on experience.
Some duties include:
- Support with Health Screening and Monitoring
- Supporting Health Education and Promotion
- Act as a Consistent, Trustworthy Point of Contact
- Monitor Ongoing Health Needs
- Liaise with Multidisciplinary Teams in primary and secondary care with a clinical understanding of need and prioritisation
- Support Transition and Release Planning
