We’re looking for a caring, reliable, and enthusiastic Bank Catering Assistant to join our friendly catering team at Practice Plus Group. As a valued member of our Bank team, you’ll step in to support our hospital’s catering service when needed — helping us provide nutritious meals and great customer service to our patients, visitors, and colleagues. You’ll enjoy the flexibility to choose shifts that suit your schedule while gaining valuable experience in a welcoming and professional environment.
What you'll be doing
- Help prepare and serve meals to patients, visitors, and staff while ensuring all dietary needs are met.
- Maintain a clean, hygienic, and safe kitchen environment in line with food hygiene regulations.
- Support the smooth running of meal services — from plating food to restocking supplies and washing up.
- Serve meals and refreshments with a friendly, caring attitude, making patients feel valued and comfortable.
- Accurately record patient meal choices and intake, escalating any concerns to clinical teams.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver excellent service and uphold high standards.

What we’ll look for in you
