At Practice Plus Group Ophthalmology, North West we provide high quality, fast and convenient assessment and treatment to patients experiencing eye-related problems and are constantly striving to do things better for our patients. We are looking for theatre practitioners to join our team in Rochdale. The service has been rated “Outstanding” by the CQC, so you can be sure you are part of a team providing safe, reliable and patient-focused care.
As a valued member of the team, you will provide high quality, effective, individualised care to all ophthalmic patients. You will be proficient and up to date with ophthalmic procedures, managing the daily routine in clinic and theatre and maintaining accurate records. You will support the anaesthetic practitioner and contribute to a safe peri-operative process.
You will be an NMC registered nurse or an HCPC registered operating department practitioner with significant post-registration ophthalmic experience and knowledge of the role of the anaesthetic practitioner. Your excellent patient care skills will allow you to assess and manage patients peri-operatively.
