We have an exciting opportunity for a Primary Care Nurse to join our primary care team at Gatwick IRC, located in Gatwick.

Hours
The site offers a 24-hour service with 11.5‑hour shift patterns: 7am‑7:30pm and 7pm‑7:30am. Flexible to do day and night shifts.
Salary
Full‑time position with an annual salary up to £45,101 per annum FTE, depending on experience.

Main duties of the job
- Work within a multi‑disciplinary team to deliver a nurse‑led service and prevent hospital admissions
- Undertake medication rounds, dispense controlled medication, attend emergency response situations, assess patients, and undertake reception screening
- Use your skills and knowledge to deliver nurse‑led clinics to your patient group whilst being supported by a multi‑disciplinary team
- Provide evidence‑based care, seeking and acting on patient feedback, so care is personalised
- Deliver non‑judgemental care that makes a real difference
- Inspire excellence by forging strong links with partners and stakeholders
- Promote best practice, clinical supervision, evidence‑based care and continuous quality improvement, embedding a culture of shared learning
- Share knowledge, skills and expertise to ensure safe care, building strong multi‑disciplinary teams

Qualifications required
- Registered nurse Adult
- Current professional qualification (NMC)
- Evidence of Continued Professional Development
- Understanding of the complexities of multi‑disciplinary and multi‑agency working

- Excellent communication skills
