We have an exciting opportunity for a Primary Care Nurse to join our Primary Care team at HMP Lindholme, a category C Prison located in Hatfield, Doncaster.
In this role you will be working with a multi-disciplinary team that will support you and help you succeed.
Hours: Monday to Sunday Long days: 07:30 - 19:30 Main shift: 07:30 - 17:30. You will be expected to work 15 long days and one main shift per month, as well as 1 weekend in 4 weeks.
Salary: This position is full time, you will receive an annual salary up to £40,211 per annum - depending on experience.

Candidates are required to have a legal right to work in the UK and due to the nature of the role, offers of employment will be subject to additional vetting and security checks.
What you will be doing:
- Work within a multi-disciplinary team to deliver a nurse led service and prevent hospital admissions
- Undertake medication rounds, dispense controlled medication, attend emergency response situations, assess patients, and undertake reception screening
- Provide evidence based care to our patients, seeking out, listening to and acting on their feedback, so that care is personalised
- Deliver non-judgemental care that makes a real difference

Requirements:
- Registered nurse - Adult
- Current professional qualification (NMC)
- Evidence of Continued Professional Development
