As one of the UK’s leading independent providers of NHS services, we operate across a wide spectrum—from urgent care and diagnostics to prison healthcare and surgical centres. Our Warwickshire OOH Service is a vital part of our urgent care network, offering clinical triage and support to patients across the region.

We’re looking for a part-time Rota Administrator to join our team. You’ll be central to our operations, ensuring clinical and operational rotas are accurate, responsive, and well-communicated. Working closely with clinicians, staff and managers, you’ll help maintain service continuity and support our commitment to patient care.

This is a part time position offering 15 hours per week. The exact working pattern to be discussed at interview, but likely to be 2 or 3 days across Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.

We will be looking to interview for this role on Weds 11th & Weds 18th February 2026.
