We have an exciting opportunity for a Mental Health Clinical Manager to join our Mental Health team at HMP Lancaster Farms, a category C Prison located on the outskirts of Lancaster, Lancashire.
You will manage a team of 11 and be based at Lancaster Farms; however, you will also manage a team at HMP Kirkham and be able to travel around twice a month. The role is split 80% managerial and 20% clinical. HMP Lancaster Farms consists of 550 males.

Hours:
- Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours per week
- Core hours with occasional weekends as required
Salary:
This position is full-time, with an annual salary between £46,148 – £52,500 per annum FTE, depending on experience.
