This is an opportunity you don’t want to miss. At Practice Plus Group, we put people’s wellbeing first. Our Health in Justice service line is expanding into non-custodial healthcare, focusing on a person-centred approach to assess individuals’ mental health and neurodiversity needs, directing them to the appropriate channels. We are seeking a Liaison & Diversion Practitioner to join our team in South Yorkshire.

As a Liaison & Diversion Practitioner, you will work autonomously in police detention cells to identify and respond to screening and assessment requests for individuals with health needs in contact with the criminal justice system.

Location

This role is primarily based in Doncaster at the Police Station and Court, with some travel across South Yorkshire. A valid driving licence is required.

Hours

Shifts cover Monday to Sunday.

Salary

This is a full-time position, working 37.5 hours per week, with a salary range of £42,094 to £47,466 depending on experience.

Requirements

Candidates must have the legal right to work in the UK. Employment offers are subject to additional vetting and security checks.
