Are you a motivated and experienced Registered Nurse with Endoscopy experience looking for flexible working opportunities? We are looking for a Bank Endoscopy Nurse to join our dedicated team at Practice Plus Group Hospital Ilford.

This is an excellent opportunity to work within a modern, patient-focused Endoscopy service, supporting patients throughout their journey while enjoying the flexibility that bank work offers. This role is offered on a bank (0-hour) contract. There are no guaranteed hours, and shifts will be offered depending on business needs. You can accept or decline shifts based on your availability, making this a flexible option—but it may not be suitable if you are seeking consistent or full-time hours.

  • Supporting safe medication management in line with hospital policies.
  • Contributing to clinical governance, audit and quality improvement activities.
  • Supporting colleagues, students and junior team members within the department.
  • Ensuring compliance with JAG standards and best practice guidance.

What we’ll look for in you

  • Evidence of ongoing personal and professional development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload effectively.
  • Evidence of competence within Endoscopy practice.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
  • Flexible approach to working patterns and service requirements.
  • Theatre practitioner experience - desirable.
  • Understanding of quality, governance and regulatory requirements within Endoscopy services - desirable.
