About The Role
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Anaesthetic Practitioner to join our Theatre team at Practice Plus Group Ilford. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity within a modern surgical environment where patient safety, clinical excellence and teamwork are at the heart of everything we do.
You will be working alongside experienced anaesthetists, surgeons and theatre colleagues, playing a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centred care across a range of procedures. What you will be doing:
- Preparing anaesthetic rooms, equipment and drugs to ensure theatres run safely and efficiently
- Assisting anaesthetists during procedures and providing high standards of patient care and reassurance
- Monitoring patients and maintaining accurate clinical documentation
- Supporting safe patient transfers and effective handovers to the recovery team
- Ensuring infection prevention, health and safety and governance standards are met at all times
- Managing equipment checks, stock control and reporting any maintenance issues
- Working collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary theatre team
- Contributing to service development, audits and quality improvement initiatives
What we will look for in you:
- NMC or HCPC registration
- A recognised Anaesthetic qualification
- At least 2 years' post-qualification experience in an anaesthetic role
- A strong commitment to patient safety, quality care and clinical best practice
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- A flexible, team-focused approach with a willingness to support colleagues
- Confidence using clinical IT systems and maintaining accurate patient records
What you can expect in return:
- A salary of £46,704.13 per annum

- Work 4 shifts a week, Monday to Saturday
- No on-call, No bank holiday work and No night work
