About The Role Seeking an innovative and forward-thinking Head of Data & Analytics to lead the development of a modern intelligence capability that will transform how the organisation uses data to improve operational performance, patient experience and strategic decision-making. This newly created role will be responsible for establishing a single, trusted source of information across the organisation, replacing fragmented and manually intensive reporting processes with automated, real-time insight. The successful candidate will lead the development of a data-driven culture, ensuring that leaders and managers have access to accurate, meaningful intelligence that enables them to focus on service delivery, workforce development and continuous improvement rather than manual data collection and validation. The role will sit at the heart of the organisation's transformation journey, leading the adoption of Microsoft data platforms, artificial intelligence, automation and advanced analytics to unlock efficiencies, improve decision making and enhance patient outcomes. The post holder will work closely with workforce planning, operational change and technology teams to ensure data becomes a strategic asset capable of driving measurable organisational value. Whilst candidates from any sector will be considered, experience within healthcare, urgent care, NHS services, clinical systems, contact centre environments or highly regulated sectors would be advantageous.
