We have an exciting opportunity for a Administrator to join our Perinatal team at HMP Eastwood Park, a women's closed category prison, located in the village of Falfield in South Gloucestershire, England

Hours

Monday - Friday: 8:30am - 4:30pm

Salary

This position is full time, you’ll receive an annual salary of £25,821 - £28,574per annum - depending on experience.

Candidates are required to have a Legal right to work in the UK and due to the nature of the role, offers of employment will be subject to additional vetting and security checks

What you'll be doing

  • Contribute to the delivery of administration services, to the Perinatal team on site which includes the mother & baby unit & midwifery team
  • Working on SystemOne
  • Booking appointments.
  • Dealing with referrals.
  • Attending meetings and taking minutes
  • Other general admin duties

Qualifications Required

  • English and Maths at GCSE or equivalent
  • Ability to prioritise workload
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A non-judgemental and compassionate approach
  • Good IT skills and IT literacy
  • Ability to work within a busy environment
