Practice Plus Group Hospital, Barlborough are looking to hire a Catering Supervisor contracted to 22 hours per week. The hours are to be worked over Friday, Saturday and Sunday, with overtime to cover holidays and staff illness as needed, across 7 days.

We are looking for a hardworking and organised individual, with ideally 2 years proven supervisory experience in a catering setting.
You will need to be able to oversee daily catering operations, including staff management, customer service, food safety, and stock control. You will have exceptional customer service and professionalism.

What you\’ll be doing
You will be an integral part of a passionate team helping to provide meals for our patients and to insure they feel that they are receiving a high quality experience.
As a supervisory member of the catering team, you will be responsible for providing an efficient, high quality dedicated food and beverage service, operating in compliance with corporate and local policies and procedures.
You will be involved in all aspects of food and beverage service to patients at all times whilst on duty.

What we\’ll look for in you
- 2 years proven supervisory experience in a catering setting
- The ability to work in a fast paced, ever-changing environment and to think on your feet.
- Must be familiar with health code standards for food preparation and presentation.
- Must have exceptional interpersonal skills for working with the general public.
- Must be a team player and willing to take on additional tasks to get the job done.
- Be Familiar with a variety of food types, menus, recipes, and food presentation.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- A Basic Food Hygiene certificate or willingness to work towards
