The Junction Health Centre are currently looking for Bank Patient Service Advisors to join our GP Practice in Wandsworth on a 0 hour a week Bank contract. The Junction Health Centre operates 7 days a week and is open 8am-8pm Monday-Sunday.
The successful candidate will:
- Process and deal with patient enquiries face to face and over the telephone
- Book and amend patient appointments
- Send referrals to hospitals
- Appropriately signpost patients to services within the community
- Have an overview of the demands and workflow of the practice
- Work with the Practice Manager in daily management of appointments
This position is bank, so you can pick up as many or as few shifts as you'd like.
