We are looking for a proactive, analytical Workforce Planning Coordinator to join our healthcare contact centre operation. Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Team Leaders, Operational Managers, and Senior Stakeholders to use workforce data, forecasting, and workforce management tools.
- Ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time to help deliver a consistently high standard of patient care.
