Practice Plus Group is delivering Integrated Urgent Care services in Warwickshire and Coventry, and is looking for a Service Delivery Manager. In this role, you will work jointly with the Medical Lead, Clinical Lead and Regional Manager to provide an efficient and satisfying service to commissioners and patients alike, while ensuring and improving high performance and morale of our multi‑disciplinary teams.
Responsibilities
- The Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for the out of hours services that Practice Plus Group operates in Warwickshire, Coventry and Rugby.
- You will monitor and report on service performance and needs, manage budgets, recruit, develop and lead operational and clinical staff, conduct appraisals and training, assist in investigations, and apply the company’s visions and values.
Base in our offices in Worcestershire and Warwickshire, with some home working. Permanent, full‑time role of 37.5 hours a week, with rotating on‑call responsibilities.
Location: Warwickshire Out Of Hours, all locations.
