Are you an experienced Advanced Nurse or Clinical Practitioner passionate about delivering high-quality patient care? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic healthcare environment? Practice Plus Group is seeking dedicated healthcare professionals to join our Out of Hours team and make a real difference in the community.

Our Warwickshire OOH service is spread across the county with sites in Nuneaton, Coventry, Rugby, Warwick, Stratford-upon-Avon and Shipston-on-Stour. The service is open from 18:30-08:00 Monday to Friday and 24 hours over the weekend. We offer a range of sessions to allow flexible shift patterns.

In OOH we assess and treat patients who require urgent unscheduled intervention suitable for treatment by general practice clinicians when GP surgeries are closed. Referrals come from 111, a dedicated healthcare professional line used by paramedics and district nursing teams, or from the AED or MIU.

We can offer both Self Employed (LTD Company or Sole Trader) or Bank (PAYE) contracts for this role.
