Are you a highly organised administrator with a passion for quality, accuracy and making a real difference in healthcare? We are looking for a Quality Assurance Administrator to join our Integrated Urgent Care team, supporting the delivery of high-quality patient services across NHS 111, Clinical Assessment Services (CAS) and Out of Hours (OOH) services throughout London. Working closely with the Regional Quality & Patient Experience Manager, you'll be at the centre of quality assurance activity, coordinating clinical audits, maintaining accurate records, analysing performance data and supporting governance processes. Your work will help ensure clinicians receive meaningful feedback and that patients continue to receive safe, effective and high-quality care. You'll have the chance to develop your analytical and reporting skills while contributing to quality improvement initiatives that have a direct impact on service delivery and patient experience.,

  • - Coordinating the administration of clinical audits, including retrieving call recordings, audit trails and supporting documentation.
  • - Maintaining accurate audit records, databases and clinician feedback files.
  • - Recording audit outcomes and monitoring completion rates to ensure compliance with audit processes.
  • - Producing weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual audit reports.
  • - Analysing audit data to identify trends, risks and opportunities for service improvement.
  • - Creating dashboards, tracking spreadsheets and management information reports.
  • - Supporting quality assurance and patient experience activities, including document control and record management.
  • - Preparing meeting packs, presentations, agendas and governance documentation.
  • - Coordinating meetings, managing diaries, taking minutes and tracking actions through to completion.
  • - Working collaboratively with Clinical Leads, auditors, managers and operational teams to support continuous improvement.
  • - Previous experience in an administrative, governance or quality support role.
  • - Strong experience maintaining databases, spreadsheets and reporting information.
  • - Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • - Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret and present data clearly.
  • - Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • - Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • - Confidence handling confidential and sensitive information in line with GDPR requirements.
  • - Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
  • - The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a wider team.
  • - Experience within clinical audit, healthcare administration, quality assurance, governance or NHS services would be advantageous.

The salary for this role is Β£26,500 per annum and working Five days a week 9-5. You will be based in our Stockley Park office in Uxbridge.
