Practice Plus Group are looking for a Bank Receptionist at our Warwickshire OOH service to prepare and open a centre for patients and doctors' arrival and ensure patients are seen in a professional manner following the guidelines issued by Practice Plus Group. Hours of work are between 09.30-16.30 on Saturdays and Sundays. Currently, we are looking for Bank Receptionists for our site in Stratford-upon-Avon. You’ll be the welcoming presence and organised mind that helps keep things running smoothly during our out-of-hours services.
Responsibilities
- Greeting patients warmly and registering them efficiently
- Managing telephone enquiries, bookings and patient queries
- Supporting clinical teams by coordinating patient flow
- Handling data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Ensuring the reception area is calm, tidy and professional
- Adapting quickly to changing demands during busy periods
