The Practice Plus Group Holdings Limited is recruiting a Healthcare Assistant for our outpatient department in Southampton.
You will support Doctors and Nurses, carry out routine patient monitoring, prepare patients for treatments, perform phlebotomy when required, and help with admissions, discharges and follow-up calls.
You should have hospital or clinical experience, possibly NVQ level 1/2 in Health and Social Care, and be proficient with updating patient records on our internal system.
