Providing a comprehensive, patient-centred service that ensures patients are treated within a timely manner within contractual and clinical time limits.
Responsibilities- Cross-trained in receiving and registering all referrals, booking all appointments for Outpatient and Theatres.
- Man a busy telephone, liaise with GPS.
- Adhere to set KPIs.
- Collaborate with the Day Surgery/Community team and wider Practice Plus Group team to ensure a smooth patient pathway.
- Strong organisational and customer service skills.
- Excellent telephone demeanor.
- Desire to be part of a team that takes pride in helping patients.
- Previous experience working in a similar role.
Working hours: 09:00 - 17:00 Monday-Friday.
