Practice Plus Group Holdings Limited is seeking an Unscheduled Care Nurse to join the Unscheduled Care team at HMP Wormwood Scrubs in West London. The role is full-time, 37.5 hours per week, with shifts 7.20am–7.45pm, 3/4 days per week including weekends and bank holidays, with night coverage as needed during holidays.
You will work in a multi-disciplinary team to prevent hospital admissions, undertake medication rounds, and deliver nurse-led clinics.
