This is an opportunity you don't want to miss. We have an exciting opportunity for a Service User Engagement Lead to join our team in West & North Yorkshire. As a Service User Engagement Lead, your responsibilities will vary. You will:
- Manage paid staff and volunteers all whom have lived experience of the Criminal Justice System
- Develop and deliver peer mentor training to prospective volunteers
- Ensure Service User Engagement is embedded into all aspects of service delivery
- Work alongside senior leadership teams to ensure that lived experience remains integral to the service we offer
- Report to the Regional Service User Engagement Lead
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs.
- Skilled in the coordination, supervision, and management of volunteers and paid staff.
- Strong administrative and IT capabilities, with proficiency in relevant software and systems.
- Strong report-writing and documentation skills, with attention to detail and clarity.
- Comprehensive understanding of safeguarding practices and risk management procedures.
