Practice Plus Group Holdings Limited is seeking a Senior Mental Health Nurse to deliver patient-centred care within our Health in Justice team in Leeds. The role is part-time (15 hours per week) with two 7.5-hour shifts; initially 8am-4pm with potential later changes and some weekend/bank holiday work.
You will assess and manage mental health needs, working autonomously within a multidisciplinary team to develop holistic care plans.
