Are you an experienced Registered Nurse with a passion for pre-assessment and patient-centred care? We are looking for a Bank Outpatient Nurse to join our Outpatients team. This is an excellent opportunity to work flexibly within a busy and supportive outpatient environment, carrying out comprehensive pre-operative assessments and helping patients prepare safely for surgery. As our Bank Outpatient Nurse, you'll play a key role in assessing patients' fitness for surgery and supporting them through the pre-operative process. You'll also support service quality, clinical governance and the development of junior colleagues within the department. This role is offered on a bank (0-hour) contract. There are no guaranteed hours, and shifts will be offered depending on business needs. You can accept or decline shifts based on your availability, making this a flexible option—but it may not be suitable if you are seeking consistent or full-time hours.
