Practice Plus Group's Health in Justice team is recruiting a Part-time Senior Mental Health Nurse to join the Primary Care team at HMP Leeds, a category B men's prison. The role is 15 hours per week, in two 7.5 hour shifts, typically 8am–4pm, with some weekend work.
You will assess and manage patients' mental health needs, work autonomously within a multi-disciplinary team, and contribute to nursing strategy while supporting professional development and safeguarding.
