The Practice Plus Group is recruiting a Substance Misuse Recovery Worker to join the Substance Misuse team at HMP Winchester. The role focuses on caseload management and delivering structured psychosocial interventions to patients within healthcare centres, wings and house blocks.
You will work alongside nursing and pharmacy teams, provide information on substance misuse, smoking cessation and BBV, and follow the Health in Justice competency framework while maintaining safeguarding standards.
