About the role

We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Events & Marketing Assistant to support the smooth running of our busy events programme here at the Practice Plan Group. Working as part of the Events Team, you’ll play an essential role behind the scenes, managing logistics, administration, liaising with suppliers, speakers and preparing event materials.

You’ll support the delivery of exhibitions, workshops, webinars and other dental business events, as well as providing admin support for the marketing of our events to ensure activity is accurate, on brand and delivered on time. If you enjoy variety, keeping things organised and working as part of a team to deliver great experiences, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to grow your skills in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Here’s how you’ll make a difference:

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across our branding and communications, design and field teams to support the delivery of our events and marketing activities.
  • Liaise with venues, suppliers and speakers to support high-quality event delivery.
  • Help deliver informative and engaging added-value events for our customers.
  • Contribute to lead-generation efforts through well-coordinated events activity.
  • Provide reliable, high-quality administrative and project support in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and a methodical approach.
  • Good administrative ability and competent using Microsoft Office and general IT systems.
  • Comfortable with light physical tasks such as lifting boxes and preparing event materials.
  • Flexibility to work more days in the office during busy event preparation periods.
  • A positive, reliable attitude and willingness to support the team.
