Role Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Transformation Coach to join our team as a contractor, located in Aberdeen with flexibility for some remote work. As a Business Transformation Coach, you will work with our clients to embed agile and lean ways of working into their businesses, guiding them through the planning and implementation process. You will ensure that sustainable improvement is paramount, delivery is efficient and methods are effectively collaborative, and that the highest degree of rigour is maintained.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field is preferred
- 5+ years of practical Business coaching or consulting experience is preferred
- Proven experience in optimising business agility and associated tools and frameworks, e.g. Scrum, Kanban and Lean Methodologies
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a passion for guiding teams and organisations through change
- A strong background in systems thinking and lean-agile methodology
- An Agile Coach certification (e.g. ICAgile Certified Professional – Agile Coach) is preferred
- Experience and/or qualifications in project management methodologies (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP) and/or change management methodologies (e.g. Prosci, ADKAR) is preferred
- An excellent understanding of industry-specific challenges and processes, e.g. in the Renewables, Oil & Gas and Manufacturing sectors
