You can manage and change your cookie preferences on our Privacy and cookie notice.Strategic Partnership Support page is loaded## Strategic Partnership Supportlocations: Kilmarnocktime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: 21849We invite you to explore a future with us at PRA Group, a diverse and growing company that has a tangible impact on the global economy.**Position Summary:**Responsible for supporting the Strategic Partnerships team in the daily deployment of admin activities, vendor engagement and management of external third parties.**Key Duties and Responsibilities:*** Administrative tasks such as, but not limited to, ensuring post load updates have been completed, letter checking/reconciliation and portfolio segment checking* Processing of monthly reports from DCAs and data reconciliation* Managing DCA and internal mailbox queries* Support the department with DCA performance monitoring* Tasks relating to allocation of monthly placement files to DCAs* Responsible for keeping procedure documentation up to date**Professional Experience/Qualifications:*** Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint* Excellent attention to detail* Ability to prioritise workload and multi task* Excellent verbal and written communication skills* Ability to work as part of a geographically decentralized team**Compliance Responsibilities:*** Understand governance, compliance requirements, and risk in relation to the role within a regulated environment* Participate in the management of risks that may adversely affect the business, interests or reputation of any Group Company* Collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk and compliance mattersPRA Group (UK) Ltd applies Equal Opportunities policy at all stages of recruitment and selection process.
