Pro-Pak Foods is a major supplier of delicious ready meals to many of the UK’s leading supermarkets and convenience stores. Our chefs work with our customers and have created a menu of more than 200 quality meals.
This role will oversee daily management of our on-site Maintenance Engineers on shift. Your role will be to support the growth and strengthen our Malton based Engineering team.
Key Accountabilities:- Continuous improvement experience, using a range of tools and techniques
- Safe systems of working, LOTO Permit control across site
- Working with an implemented PPM schedule alongside breakdown activity
- Delivering all operational mechanical and electrical support on site
- Finding efficiencies within the current workflow to increase output
- Lead and motivate the team and record work completion through set KPI’s
- PPM and corrective work compliance
- Working closely with the Engineering Manager to assist in delivering broader site KPI’s
- Manage external contractors on site out of hours
