Mission:
- Build and lead AI capability focused on agentic AI for trading / treasury
- Deliver production-grade systems in regulated financial services environments
We are looking at Architect / Principal Engineer level candidates who will be:
- Able to design systems end-to-end
- Comfortable client-facing in Tier-1 bank environments
- Potential to help build and lead a small AI team
Core Technical Requirements:
- 6–10+ years software engineering experience
- 2–4+ years building AI / LLM systems in production
- Experience building agentic workflows (tool calling, orchestration, RAG)
- Strong backend engineering (Strong in Python essential)
- API integrations with enterprise systems
- Experience with vector databases and structured retrieval
- Cloud deployment (AWS / Azure / GCP)
- Monitoring, logging and auditability experience
Financial Services Experience (Must Have):
- Exposure to Front Office trading or Treasury
- Understanding of risk / pricing systems integration
- Experience in regulated environments (audit, compliance, governance)
- Comfortable working with traders, quants and risk teams
Nice to Have:
- Human-in-the-loop systems
- Trading desk automation
- LLM provider-agnostic architecture
- Experience moving PoC to Production in enterprise environments
